Exclusive Resorts Members Embark On Seabourn Sojourn

Later today, nearly 450 Exclusive Resorts members will board the Seabourn Sojourn, one of the world's most luxurious cruising vessels, through the club's Once In A Lifetime program. Setting off from Copenhagen, members will sail the Baltic Sea, making stops in Visby and Stockholm, Sweden; Helsinki, Finland; Saint Petersburg, Russia; and Tallinn, Estonia during their ten day voyage.

The newest addition to the Seabourn family, Sojourn made its maiden voyage just last month. Spanning nearly 200 meters and 11 decks, the ship counts 225 ocean view suites measuring between 295 and 1,682 square feet with 90% featuring private verandas. Suites include walk-in closets, flat-screen interactive televisions, fully-stocked bars, writing desks, granite bathrooms, and private electronic safes. The ship's four restaurants offer an eclectic assortment of dishes and the six bars and lounges found throughout carry world-class wine and champagne and top shelf spirits.

Members will have a wide array of activities to enjoy while off the ship as well. Through the club, travelers can arrange to visit the castles of North Zealand, cycle through Visby, cruise the waterways of Stockholm, visit Saint Petersburg's Hermitage, tour Moscow's Red Square, or even take in a classical ballet.

This will be the third consecutive year that Exclusive Resorts has offered a cruise experience with Seabourn as part of their Once In A Lifetime program, and next summer's Athens-to-Istanbul will make it four. One of the most popular vacation options in the Exclusive Resorts' catalogue, all of the club's Once In A Lifetime cruises with Seabourn have "sold out," being fully subscribed by members and guests.

In addition to the amenities available through Seabourn, Exclusive Resorts adds in their own "touches." For example, during this summer's trip, the world's largest destination club has customized shore excursions just for members in smaller, more intimate groups. Exclusive Resorts has also brought a collection of experts to assist members, including a photography coach, wine expert, former National Geographic editor to share cultural and historical insight, and a Russian history lecturer.

Exclusive Resorts has already announced their 2011 Once In A Lifetime schedule. In addition to the Istanbul to Athens cruise with Seabourn, members can also partake in a family expedition in the Galapagos, bike the California Wine Country, tour the Serengeti, and many others.
