Rocksure Property Partners With Quintessentially

Rocksure Property, one of the world's up and coming equity based destination clubs, has partnered with Quintessentially, a private members' only club, to launch its fourth investment fund: the Quintessentially Rocksure Platinum Fund.

"We wanted to secure the best possible partner with whom we could offer the ultimate in shared ownership of spectacular overseas properties to an elite clientele," said Rocksure Founder David Rogers. "Quintessentially was the obvious choice and we are delighted."

The Quintessentially Rocksure Platinum Fund will consist of five properties, the first being a five bedroom vila in Barbados within Westmoreland Estate. On the western side of the island, the home will be near the St. James coast and countless restaurants, beaches, and golf courses. Subsequent destinations will include Marrakech, Mallorca, the South of France, and the Algarve, totalling a combined $20 million. Investments begin at £230,000 for a half unit with the life of the fund concluding after eight years. At that time, the properties will be sold and proceeds will be distributed to shareholders.

Owners enjoy four weeks of travel per year and can access other properties within the Rocksure family through the club's "Inter-Fund Program."

Rocksure Property has already closed their Alpha and Bravo Funds, their first two groups. Still open are the Capital Fund where apartments and villas throughout Europe are the focus, the new Platinum Fund with Quintessentially, and the recently launched Crystal Fund.
