Now over a decade old, over 75 different clubs have existed since the introduction of the destination club industry, each with a slightly different vision and structure. Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club
One of the leading destination clubs in the industry, Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club utilizes an "equity" model where members own the club and the club owns the real estate. Dedicated to financial disclosure, A&K is the largest equity destination club in the industry.

Banyan Tree Private Collection
Known as the "first asset-backed destination club in Asia offering perpetual and transferable membership," Banyan Tree Private Collection provides members access to a global collection of villas and luxury apartments.

Capricorne Villas
Offering memberships for as little as $100 to join, Capricorne Villas' members pay a variable cost for each night of travel within the club, dependent upon the size of the home and the season, allowing members the ability to only pay when they use the club.

Destination Cellars
Focused on the luxury wine enthuisiast, Destination Cellars procures partnerships with leading wineries around the world. Members enjoy access traditionally reserved for sommeliers and can tour private cellars and personalized wine tastings. Destination Cellars is also partners with leading destination club Exclusive Resorts.

Discovery Club
Featuring a collection of "affiliate properties," The Discovery Club provides members a worldwide collection of resorts and five-star hotels. Members also can use their time to enjoy cruises, safaris, and even luxury train travel.

Distinctive Holiday Homes
One of the more internationally focused destination clubs, Distinctive Holiday Homes offers traditional destination club memberships and the ability to purchase pre-paid travel cards. The club will soon transition to become an invitation only offering, requiring new members be introduced by current club members.

Equity Estates
One of the fastest emerging clubs in the destination club industry, Equity Estates commonly refers to themselves as a "Luxury Residence Fund." The club's collection of $3 million homes are scheduled to be liquidated in 2021 with a portion of the proceeds returned to members.

Exclusive Resorts
Without question the largest destination club in the industry in terms of both members and properties, Exclusive Resorts counts nearly 3,500 members and over $1 billion in real estate holdings. Exclusive Resorts has often been considered the club that "perfected" the destination club model.

Golden Years Holidays
Golden Years Holidays is a unique destination club designed exclusively for the 50 and over audience, where members get to travel until they pass. The amount required to join directly correlates with the age at which a member joins. The older you are, the less you pay.

Grand Resort Properties
Created by an award winning designer and architect, Grand Resort Properties takes a midwestern approach to their destination club, with homes in the heart of the US, including Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri and Dahlonega, Georgia.

Hideaways Club
Europe's largest destination club, The Hideaways Club has a distinctly European focus to their club. The Hideaways Club primarily acquires properties all within a short flight of London and count some of the continent's finest destinations within their portfolio of $2 million properties.

M Private Residences
Canada's largest and leading destination club, M Private Residences is wholly owned by members. The club's lean and responsible operations have allowed the club to organically grow with a growing expansion outside of the Canadian market.

Markers Club
With a distinct focus on golf, The Markers Club acquires properties all with luxury golf courses in close proximity. The club uses a new structure within the industry where members don't pay a membership deposit to join, but rather join via a year to year membership offering.

My Stones Collection
The first destination club launched out of France, My Stones Collection describes themselves as "a destination club for Europeans." The club uses a points based system, allowing members to prioritize the time and location of each of their trips.

Oyster Circle
One of the leading destination clubs within Europe, The Oyster Circle provides members access to a collection of $4 million homes, making them one of the most elite destination clubs in the continent. To expand their global reach, The Oyster Circle has also partnered with leading US club Quintess, LRW to expand their international offering.

Presnell Sporting Collection
Yet another destination club with a unique theme, Presnell Sporting Collection focuses on the luxury sportsman. Members have the opportunity to quail hunt, deep sea fish, or track their favorite game in some of the most picturesque destinations around the globe.

Quintess, Leading Residences of the World
One of the premiere destination clubs in the industry, the Quintess portfolio of $4 million properties are augmented with a partnership with Leading Hotels of the World and The Oyster Circle to provide members an abundance of options while using the club.

Ritz-Carlton Destination Club
One of the newest destination clubs in the industry, Ritz-Carlton brings a newfound approach to the sector. The club's Portfolio Membership offers members a deeded interest in the club and members have the ability to exchange a portion of their nights for usage at Ritz-Carlton hotels.

Rocksure Property
Based out of the United Kingdom, Rocksure Property is one of the emerging destination clubs in the international market. The club has three seperate funds, each with their own property collection, that plans to be liquidated in five to seven years with the proceeds distributed to members.

Ultimate Escapes Destination Club
The fusion of leading destination clubs Ultimate Resort and Private Escapes, the combined club offers members more destinations than any other club in the industry. The club offers three different club levels, Premiere, Signature, and Elite, offering access to $1, $2, and $3 million dollar properties respectively.

Validus, A Destination Club
Originally conceived as a non-equity club, the young club transitioned to use a plethora of different models seen across the destination club industry. Validus secures partnerships with property owners for their collection of residences and has a membership plan dedicated to concierge services.
